Student Pick-Up & Drop-Off Instructions

Please refer to the attached Google Map for the designated student pick-up and drop-off locations.

If You Are Driving West on Broad Street (Toward Downtown Mansfield)

​

Parents may turn right onto Magnolia Street and drop off or pick up students in the parking spaces on the west side of Magnolia Street. This location is well-lit, safe, and has much lighter traffic than Broad Street.

Please remind students to:​

 

• ​Look both ways before crossing Magnolia Street.

• ​Watch carefully for moving vehicles.

 

After dropping off your student, you have several options to return to Broad Street or continue your route:

 

• ​Continue on Magnolia Street and turn left on Wisteria, Juniper, Cedar, or Willow Street to return to Broad Street heading east.

• Continue on Magnolia Street to Walnut Creek Drive:

 

• ​Turn right to head north toward Walmart and Highway 287.

• ​Turn left to head south, which will eventually take you back to Broad Street.

 

If You Are Driving East on Broad Street (From Downtown/Main Street)

 

You may continue on Broad Street and proceed directly to the school, turning left when you reach Magnolia Street. The student parking spaces are immediately on your left after making the turn.

Please note that making a left turn onto Magnolia during heavy traffic may be difficult.

An easier option during rush hour is to turn left onto any of the following streets before reaching the school:​

 

• ​Walnut Creek Drive

• ​Willow Street

• ​Cedar Street

• ​Juniper Street

​

These streets connect to Magnolia Street. Turn right onto Magnolia and continue around the bend in the road toward Broad Street. The designated parking spaces will be on your right.

School Parking Lot

 

During non-peak traffic hours, parents are welcome to pull directly into the school parking lot and drop students off at the front entrance. However, during busy traffic periods, using Magnolia Street is recommended for everyone's safety and convenience.

 

Student Pick-Up After Class

 

During the school year, I will remain at the school each evening until every student has been picked
up.

 

During the spring and summer months, students will participate in scheduled driving lessons after class. Because students will be actively driving, parents will need to pick up their students promptly after class if the student is not driving or when their scheduled driving session ends so we do not interrupt other students' driving time.

​

Each month, we will provide the driving schedule in advance so families know when students will finish driving.
We kindly ask that parents make every effort to arrive on time so everyone can get home at a reasonable hour for dinner and homework.

Driving Schedule Examples

• ​Classes ending at 9:00 p.m.: No driving sessions will be scheduled afterward.

• ​Classes ending at 7:00 p.m.: Up to 2 hours of behind-the-wheel driving may be scheduled, with driving concluding by 9:00 p.m.
